WHATS UP WITH ALL THE CHURCHES?

I was in a daze on last night looking out the window of my car. After arriving home; I sit and thought about, wow I just passed 15 churches in 2miles of arriving home. I mean seriously; the amount of christian based buildings are at a all time high. The baffling part is, so is crime, sexual impurity, ignorance and hatred. It's like having a house full of Janitors living in a hoarded(dirty) house. I know I'm not the only one that has these thoughts LOL. It's a confusing matter to see 15 churches in one place but a over incapacitated food bank or homeless shelter, drug infested and prostitute overrun place. Frankly; It pisses me off to know that all these ministries don't see a need to help the community but rather sit and criticize the few that do. Yelling to all that would listen how much power you have in God. Eddie Long, LOL yeah the accusation but that I'm unsure of. What I am sure about; is that man helps the community! Some churches don't criticize they just do nothing for no one but there members. Understandable; but is that what God wanted from the church?hmmm
D. Haddon stated on his Twitter page; "Love is a powerful key" and the enemy is trying to take it from this generation. As a child, mom and dad gave us all that key. To Love everyone despite. My parents even taught us how to utilize the power of love to force a change in an other wise negative element. Two friends began to fight and we were taught to step in and sing, or cry. When we asked; what if we cant do those thing, they would say; listen to your heart. My parents would paint this picture that; what if they killed one another and knowing you could have done something. How would that make you feel mom said. I would state; sad. Then she would conclude; because you love them both huh? I'd say, yes ma'am.
Love is not being used to the best of its ability by the church. Either the church is making a killing in finances and don't see where the process is defective or there's a strict routine that the church has been doing for years and not trying to go in the valley. Needless to say; Many people are falling short because the tool that God had ordained for them to hear God with is DEFECTED! Someone asked; "how can you blame the church for not bringing people to Christ isn't they part the blame?". Well, I don't blame the church for bringing people to Christ. I blame the church for "NOT DOING WHAT THE BIBLE CALLS THEM TO DO". When that action is in motion; The church becomes like a paper weight. It actually gets in the way of those that are trying to honor God's command.
Church A calls Bill. Bill goes to church A because church A has the money to afford transportation to pick up people. When Bill join church A; Church A then finds out about Bill's drinking problem. Instead of reaching out with Love to Bill; Church A drops interest in helping Bill grow in Christ. Bill had actually slowed down on drinking out of respect for the Love(Christ) that was shown but after the motive became clear to Bill; that Church A doesn't help the broken only the blessed. Bill falls once again. Now Church B comes alone and has the motives of Christ to show Love and Kindness to all; weather broken or blessed but Bill isn't falling for it. Bill looks at all churches now like Church A. Now the question is; How long and what would it take for Church B to reach Bill if Bill hadn't come in contact with Church A?
It amazes me to see how so many have gotten it wrong. Maybe its me. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong. You tell me. Thinking of Matthew 13: 24 thru 30, Christ spoke a parable saying to let the wheat and the tares grow together and he'll do the separating during harvest time. Now seem like to me that's saying you treat everyone the same. The churches should have the same agenda of reaching the lost souls.Tackling the sin with the Love of God. Remember, with Love and Kindness will I draw thee. Okay, I know what you're saying what does that have to do with ALL THE CHURCHES? Well, if we were on the same page; We wouldn't need All THE CHURCHES LOL. One asked; well what about the devil? What about the devil? The Bible teaches us to shun the appearance of evil. Checkout Titus 1:13, 3: 10 and 1Timothy 1:19,20, 6 thru 18.
People I really don't see a need for all the churches or denominations. At least, have all the churches and denominations come together once a year for a fellowship. In hopes that more joint works can be manifested in the future. In heaven I don't think it will be a baptist, COGIC, Catholic etc. So if we live like this down here; what makes you think we can get to heaven and be in place??

Think about it hmmmm Who will be the pastor of this one International church, Bishop Jakes, Bishop Pearson, Bishop Long LOL Well peeps until next time bring some truth to someone's life.

IS THIS A SHOW?

In my 30 plus years of going to church; I've heard on numerous occasions that "CHURCH IS NOT A SHOW" but every time its said It brings a feeling of "there's got to be more to this story". LOL I've never been one to seek out attention but to except that humbleness for the church go hand in hand with passiveness, I find it hard to except. Maybe the statement was speaking of; when singers do more performing than ministering. Better yet, the preachers that speak after the word has taken place and have no other reason for doing so except to make there presence known. Okay I got it; the secretary who announce the announcements in his or her own swag, taking up precious time in the service. There's so many areas that fall under and out of the statement "THIS ISN'T A SHOW".
At first glance; one would assume that someone sung a song and tried to show out but can we define that as being wrong? Most gifts that I've seen given by God was for someone to see or hear. Who am I to judge weather or not they are showing out for Christ or themselves. I've seen one person get saved after the worst solo sung ever and I had over half the church in agreement with me. So, we really don't know. 1 Cor 1:27 God chose the FOOLISH things to confound the WISE. Despite how we were taught to do, God often come out the box on us. Now this wouldn't be confusing IF WE FOLLOW God's LEAD hmmm LOL.Thankful to God; he has ordained order in the churches. In other words, there's a leader. I can't imagine having numerous leaders with there on direction. WOW, that's a lot of foolishness going on in the churches LOL
This statement is one of great importance. If you enforce the statement; you promote a certain type of dull characteristic. Brought on by passive nature, Low self-esteem, and low moral within the body of Christ. We as humans pride on competition. That's one of the concepts of being saved, TO MAKE IT TO HEAVEN and the other is loving CHRIST. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so; means you act out. Study to show yourself......., A action!! Seek and you shall find......, A action. Enforcing this would sit COGIC down from praise dance, Baptist deacons from praying and Catholic from confession.

Click to here the Word

Now the flip side to letting the statement ride; is you have any and everything coming across your church audience. Preachers that take the members in a direction other than the direction the Pastor want to be taken. Choirs singing songs that don't promote Christ. People in general that act out of self rather than God's truth. To allow this statement to stand alone is to allow freedom to act holy or unholy. Mathew 7:15 warns of false prophets. This scripture alone brings truth in a portion of this statement. Most false doctrine are meant to persuade(SHOW) just as much as the word of God.
To bring clarity to the statement "THIS ISN'T A SHOW"; It must be added to. This would not only bring understanding to certain matters but promote order and harmony. Thinking of a better statement is a bit much but I'll take a chance on it. How about THIS ISN'T A SHOW THAT DON'T PROMOTE CHRIST, MAKE SURE ITS IN LINE WITH WHAT GOD WANTS AND IF YOU CANT BE SURE DON'T SHOW!!
I believe that we do Christ a great injustice when we don't give him our best or the best that he's put in us. A greater injustice even more; when we allow ourselves to block the flow of God with our selfish, showboat ways. Giving our best through God is one thing. Giving our best through ourselves is another.
